I am an "Army brat" and a former military wife having had the opportunity to live around the United States as well as in France, Canada and Germany. But, the Greater Tacoma area has been my favorite location and has been my consistent home since 1978. My husband and I are blessed with two children (both teenagers) who are receiving an excellent education through the University Place School District. Locally, there are great programs for the sports minded as well as for thespians, musicians and dancers. We love the fact that the ocean is only an hour and a half's drive away for a day at the beach or a charter fishing boat excursion and the mountains are about the same distance away for summer hiking or winter sports. This community is an excellent place to live in and I would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it.
